Frequently Asked Questions for Our Store
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account. You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, but feel free to contact us for other payment options.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-5 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 6-15 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at jonhnathan@live.com.
Yes. We value transparency and that's why all products are shipped with internationally valid tracking codes.
When ordering as a gift to someone, be sure to enter your email address to receive all the summary information, but enter the recipient's name and shipping information. We will keep all pricing and recipes out of the package.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days of receiving your order, we will refund your purchase no questions asked.
